Can't Do Tomorrow

Cel Out started creating paste ups for Melbourne’s laneways as a means of expressing his frustration about the current state of affairs. He has no arts background, but he does have a lot to say, with a satirical sense of humour and a strong sense of justice.

Cel Out makes social and political comment by  appropriating and manipulating images from the internet and comic books to create his unique take on the world, often using well recognised characters and scenes from pop art movement, star wars, looney tunes and the Simpsons.

Although not all his works are politically charged, when he sees an opportunity to make a statement, he seizes upon it, and timing is everything.
