Can't Do Tomorrow

Fascinated by visual perception, optical illusions and perspectives, Trompe-l’oeil and anamorphosis artist Dominique Antony’s ethereal murals blur the boundary between image and reality. A self taught painter, Antony has spent the last 37 years mastering painting techniques and perspective, continuing the tradition of murals as a means to explore the relationships of cities, architecture and urban planning.

Antony’s dedication to his craft has taken him and partner Jenny all over the world, painting over 300 murals across France, England, Spain, Australia and the Persian Gulf Countries. Working on large scale public and private commissions, from architectural frescos to life-like imitations of nature, Antony’s murals seamlessly immerse within communities offering a glimpse to another time, another world.
